All team and recreation gymnastics are coached by some of the best gymnastics instructors in the country. All of our experienced coaches share a passion for fitness and gymnastics. These caring individuals foster a kid-friendly environment for their students. All Gymnastics Inc. coaches are safety certified and participate in continuing education.

Lauren Foxworth: From New Jersey, Lauren is the Team Head Coach at Gymnastics Inc. She has been involved in the sport of gymnastics since the age of three. She was a level 10 Jr. Olympic Competitor at the age of 10. She is a Coastal Carolina University Graduate with a BS in Health Promotion and an emphasis in sports medicine. Lauren has been coaching locally since 1999. She oversees preschool, recreation and team gymnastics.

Paris Zebadua: Born in Mexico, but moved to California in 2001. Paris teaches preschool, recreation, and team gymnastics at Gym Inc, along with Birthday parties and fun gym! He worked for two years at Airborne Gymnastics, where he taught levels 4 and 5. Paris has been a trapeze artist for 7 years, and has worked at Club Med for 10 seasons with the circus program. He also trained performers for Cirque Du Soleil, and was in charge of the trampoline program at the Trapeze Arts Circus School! Paris is fun and outgoing and is a great addition to our staff!

Jennifer Sessions: From Myrtle Beach, SC, Jennifer coaches training team, preschool, recreation, and team gymnastics. Jennifer competed in gymnastics up until level 6, and she is currently a senior at Myrtle Beach High School. She is a very animated and outgoing member of our staff! |

Brodie Cotton: From New Jersey, Brodie coaches levels 4 & 5 Team Gymnastics, Mini and Mighty Tumblers, recreation and preschool gymnastics, along with birthday parties and fun gym. Brodie has been involved in gymnastics since the age of 6. He is also actively involved in mixed martial arts, and acrobatic tumbling. He is a great addition to our staff! |

Elizabeth Smoley: From Pittsburg, PA, Liz coaches preschool & recreation gymnastics classes. She also does birthday parties and fun gym here at Gym Inc. She has been studying jazz, tap, ballet, and point for the past 9 years, and she has 5 years of gymnastics coaching experience. She has attended clinics, coached at Camp Woodward and is USAG certified. Liz currently attends Horry Technical College, where she will graduate with a degree in Math and Science. We are thrilled to have her postive attitude on staff! |

Erika Kellenberger: From New Jersey, Erika coaches the prep op team, level 4, and recreational gymnastics.She attends Coastal Carolina University for Business Management. She has been involved with gymnastics as well as cheerleading since the age 7, and taught both sports at Gymnastics Unlimited in New Jersey, before moving to South Carolina. We are very excited to have her apart of our staff!
